We are close to reaching our first year annual goal of 365 Blankets distrbuted to children in crisis. That will round out to be one blanket a day for the first year up and running in our area!
Wrap a Child With Love Campaign 2012-13
Well it's Fall again and the weather is getting chilly for those who are without a home.
We have began our campaign for 2012-13 season to collect handmade blankets for those in need. Please remember when you are at home wrapped in your warm blanket that some do not have a warm blanket to keep them warm...Some of these homeless are children!
The Project Linus Live Charity Auction was a wonderful success thanks to all the wonderful supporters who attended and the businesses who donated our auction items.

On March 21st, 2012 Project Linus is holding a live fundraising auction hosted by the generous people at the Sheraton Hotel Red Deer. Bud Haynes Auctions has donated a professional auctioneer for the event.(Woo Hoo!)

We have items from local businesses, some from out of town as well and autographed celebrity items.
